Open Gym Open Gym is your chance to do your own thing. Whether you want to follow your own program, work on something specific, catch up on a Sweater, Lifter or HYROX class, or just dial in your technique — this is the time to do it. You can also use it to sharpen your HYROX skills, get a bit of extra conditioning in, or just move at your own pace. Damo will be there keeping an eye on things, offering help if you need it, and making sure the session runs smooth. No set structure — just you, the gym, and whatever you want to work on.
