The Hunt Strength & Conditioning is St Kilda’s home for personal training, HYROX prep, and small‑group classes. We offer sessions for every fitness level — from complete beginners to competitive athletes — with experienced coaches who make sure every workout moves you closer to your goals.
Our approach is simple: strength and conditioning should be accessible to everyone. Every program is tailored to your ability and needs, so you can build strength, improve fitness, and progress at your own pace in a supportive, no‑ego environment.
