Looking to strengthen and tone your lower body? Our Lower Body Lifter class focuses on legs, glutes, and core using kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells.
New to lifting? We’ll teach you proper form and help you build confidence. More advanced? We’ll challenge you with progressive movements to take your training further.
